Aura Foundation is a non-profit organization and is registered society under registration act 1961, last 14 years the organization providing services to the people who from slam areas of Kolkata and nearby districts. Through out of the year the organization organize different kinds of awareness programme like health and hygiene of adolescent’s boys
and girls, World AIDS Day programme for awareness on HIV and its related issues, counselling support for the beneficiaries, especially for the transgender community. Time to time the organization providing nutrition support for elderly people and children; one of the core working areas of the Aura Foundation is menstrual health. The organization also organized camp on cervical cancer awareness recently.
