The private Promoters are a consortium of Emami Group, Sureka Group, JB Group, Keventer Group, Shrachi Group and Nahata group. The promoters are highly established industrialists and /or Real Estate groups of Eastern India. The individual promoters have constantly contributed in changing the face of real estate in Kolkata.
