On 12th September 2025, The Bengal Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BCC&I), through its Wellness & Communities Committee, organized a Workshop on Employee Wellbeing @ 360° to promote healthier, engaged, and future-ready workplaces. The initiative reinforced the committee’s mission of fostering diversity, advancing dignified wellness, and enabling smart livelihood opportunities.

The evening commenced with a captivating dance performance by the young students of Tagore Foundation School, Kolkata, centered on the theme “Living Life 360°.” 

Tagore Foundation is a strong advocate of Inclusive Education (IE), an approach where children with diverse abilities and learning needs learn alongside their peers in the same environment. By fostering a shared space for all learners, irrespective of their strengths or challenges, the foundation aims to unlock the potential of every child while cultivating a truly inclusive community.

These children have also benefited from a CSR initiative by Exide Industries Ltd., which focused on developing alternative livelihood skills to nurture confidence and aspirations. Their performance beautifully set the tone for the workshop, embodying themes of resilience, growth, and inclusivity.
